WGB-1 oil-free lubricated bearing is a sliding bearing made of steel plate as the base, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, and rolled with a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead on the surface. It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and oil-free lubrication. The use of this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid shaft biting, and reduce mechanical noise. The product has been widely used in the sliding parts of various machines, such as printing machines, elevators, textile machines, tobacco machines, fitness equipment, hydraulic transport vehicles, micromotors, solenoid valves, automobiles, motorcycles, and agricultural and forestry machinery.

WGB-090 bronze bearings use specially formulated high-density copper alloy strips as the base, and the surface can be rolled with diamond or hemispherical oil holes and oil grooves according to user requirements. It has the advantages of high density, large load-bearing capacity, good wear resistance, and long service life. It can replace traditional cast copper sleeves, reduce the size of the machinery, and reduce costs. WGB-090 has been widely used in lifting machinery, construction machinery, automobile tractor chassis, machine tool industry and mining machinery, and can also be made into bearings, flanged sleeves, thrust washers and ball bowls.
