In bronze self-lubricating bearing technology, we provide full lifecycle bushing design services, including:
High-performance self-lubricating bushings: patented BronzeLube® material combination (bronze matrix + PTFE fiber reinforced composite material)
Bushings for extreme conditions: high-density bronze bushings that meet SAE 841/863 standards, with optional coating reinforcement solutions
Composite structure bushings: steel back-bronze-polymer three-layer composite design to achieve a balance between light weight and high load

Performance breakthrough driven by digital simulation
 

Using FEA tribology simulation and laser surface micro-texturing technology, our bushings are:
✓ High temperature environment ⇒ -200℃ to +300℃ wide temperature range
✓ Ultra-high pressure conditions ⇒ 140MPa dynamic load
✓ Critical lubrication conditions ⇒ PV value up to 3.5MPa·m/s
Under extreme conditions such as critical lubrication conditions, the friction coefficient remains less than 0.12, and the wear amount is only 1/3 of that of traditional products.
